Wheelchair-accessible vehicles
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available upon request, fitted with ramps and secure wheelchair restraints so you can travel without transferring seats. Just let us know when booking, ideally with your wheelchair type and dimensions if it’s non-standard.
Support for other needs
- Child car seats – provided with advance notice, subject to availability.
- Hospital and medical appointments – we regularly provide transport for hospital visits, with drivers who understand the importance of punctuality for medical journeys.
- Assistance with luggage – drivers are happy to help getting bags, equipment or belongings in and out of the vehicle.
- Extra time where needed – if you need a little longer getting to or from the vehicle, just let us know and we’ll build that into your pickup.
